| Dosage and instructions for use | |
| Capsules: 1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule or open it and dissolve the content 20 ml (minimum volume) of water or another cold or lukewarm liquid. It can be taken at any time of the day. |

| Sachets: 1 sachet per day. Swallow the content of the sachet directly into the mouth, or in 200 ml of cold or lukewarm water or other liquid (for example juice or milk) and consume immediately after preparation. It can be taken at any time of the day. |
