Description
| Dosage and instructions for use | |
| 2 sachets per day or according to doctor’s advice, for at least three months. The daily dosage must be divided in two administration, to be taken half an hour before meals. Dissolve each sachet in one glass of water (200 ml). The beneficial effect for the cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan. The beneficial effect for weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g di glucomannan, in the context of a hypocaloric diet and a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity**. **If the diet is performed for more than 3 weeks it’s recommended to ask for doctor’s advice. |
