Indications
Glucomannan, taken with abundant water, helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. It is also indicated as an adjuvant in hypocaloric diets for weight reduction.

| Dosage and instructions for use |
| Swallow the capsules with 1-2 glasses of water or dissolve the contents in water (at least 100 ml per 2 capsules), mix well and drink immediately. Take the capsules, preferably one hour before meals. The beneficial effect for cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan. The beneficial effect for weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses, 1g each, in the context of an hypocaloric diet. |
