1 tablet per day to be dissolved under the tongue.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: mannitol; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), cornstarch, anti-caking agents: crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: fatty acids; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; medium-chain triglycerides, antioxidant: fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid. The product does not contain gluten.
